Also known as Orita Yoga, was born and raised in Mexico City. At the age of twenty four she moved to Israel where she discovered Yoga and fell in love with the practice.
She studied "The Yoga Sequence" by teacher Sabina Stahl together with Guy Alon, a 200 hours teacher training certified by the Yoga Alliance.
After finishing her 200 RYT she continued studying and attending workshops with teachers from all around the world such as Maty Ezrati, Kino MacGregor, David Robson, Laruga Glaser and most recently Dylan Werner .
She specialises on Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga and Gentle Yoga, providing group and private lessons to young and older practitioners, her incredible attention to alignment, breathing and the way of detailed explanation of postures has become a visible mark on Orit's teachings, giving the students a better understanding on how to practice without injuring or hurting our bodies.
Her daily practice is as much as important as her teachings, she believes that teaching is the greatest gift of all and her continuous study and practice makes it a must for her personal growth.
